Chase Landry founded Chase Land Development on a simple conviction: land is underwritten best by the people who build on it. Over 18 years and 82 commercial projects across Louisiana, he has worked every side of the deal. He has been the general contractor through Chase Group Construction, the commercial broker through Chase Group Realty, and the developer taking raw ground through entitlement, site work and vertical construction. That depth is why our numbers hold up in the field.

Alex Hannie brings an investor's discipline as he earned his finance degree at UL Lafayette and his MBA in Real Estate Investment Management from UT Dallas. In Dallas, he worked in multifamily acquisitions and asset management at Capital Boutiq, guiding a value-add portfolio through full property renovations. Before that, as a Senior Treasury Analyst at CBRE, he managed the company's corporate investment portfolio and global liquidity and helped integrate acquisitions. Now back home, he underwrites and manages our projects alongside Chase, so every deal is tested by both the field and the spreadsheet.
